Dental Associate Position Available

Part time Associate, BDA Good Practice, Software of Excellence, Digital X Ray, 4 surgery practice. Independently run with owner working full time at the surgery. NHS UDAs plus private.

Part time Performer required for 2 days per week in a well-established, mixed practice in Guiseley, near Leeds.

14 per UDA

50% split on private and lab fees

2-4,500 UDAs pro rata negotiable

Fully computerised surgery (Software of Excellence)

Digital X-rays

Rotary endo

Existing well-maintained list

Full support team

12 mins to Leeds - well connected by train and road to Leeds

Start date March/April (negotiable)

Invisalign and implants provided at practice

TRIOS scanner, CBCT

Supportive Principal Dentist

Compliance requirements

Full NHS performer number

Local Area Team confirmation

GDC certificate

Immunisation records dated within last 5 years

Indemnity certificate

Passport

Enhanced DBS within last 12-36 months

Clinical references covering places of employment last 2 years

Degree certificate

Medical emergency certificate within the last 12 months

IRMER certificate
