Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Depot Manager to oversee our Fast fit centre in Bathgate.

You will ensure the efficient management of our depot. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, optimising processes, and managing all aspects of the depot operations.

This role requires a strong background in Automotive management.

Responsibilities

Manage daily depot operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Oversee profit and loss statements to drive financial performance and operational efficiency. Supervise a team of Mot testers, mechanics and tyre fitters, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity. Implement process improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs. Maintain accurate inventory levels through effective supply chain practices. Ensure safety protocols are adhered to within the depot environment.

Experience

Proven experience in a automotive managerial role within the fast fit industry is essential. Understanding of profit & loss management and financial oversight. Demonstrated experience in supervising teams and fostering a collaborative work culture.

Pay: 36,000.00-66,000.00 per year
