About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated
Depot Operative
to join our operations team. This hands-on role is key to supporting the Operations Manager and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. You maintain high standards of safety and organisation and help deliver outstanding service for our events.
Key Responsibilities
Support operations staff in day-to-day operations.
Assist with planning and coordinating equipment preparation, loading/unloading, and stock control.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
Act as a point of contact for operational queries and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain vehicles, equipment, and facilities to required standards.
Provide hands-on support during busy periods and cover for team members when needed.
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience in a within a depot, logistics, or operations environment.
Strong organisational and leadership skills.
Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
