Job Overview

We are currently looking for a depot supervisor for our busy depot in Broxburn.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the tyre fitting industry or worked as a vehicle technician in the motor trade.

You must be a Qualified technician to at least level 2 IMI or have served the same length of time in the fast fit industry

Duties

Manage daily operations of the depot, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols. Supervise and lead a team Mot testers mechanics and tyre technicians. Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, order fulfilment, and materials handling. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Provide training and support to staff on workshop procedures and equipment operation.

Qualifications

. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Experience in team management, with excellent interpersonal skills to motivate staff. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing business processes.

Pay: 28,500.00-35,000.00 per year
