Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Depute Manager to lead our nursery team in Paisley. The Depute Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality childcare and fostering a positive learning environment that aligns with our mission and values.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. Lead, mentor, and support staff to deliver exceptional care and education. Develop and implement educational programs that promote children's development. Maintain strong relationships with parents and the community. Manage budgets, resources, and staffing effectively. Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and well-being. Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for all children. Collaborate with external agencies as needed to support children's needs.

Qualifications

Proven experience in management within a childcare setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Extensive experience working with children in a nursery or educational environment. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Relevant qualifications in childcare or early childhood education are preferred.
