We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Level 3 Childcare Practitioner to join our team as Deputy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong understanding of early childhood education principles. This role involves creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social development.
This position will be for approximately 24.5 hours per week, spread across 4 days, term time only. Hours and days subject to change due to the nature of the role, adhering to child numbers and staff ratios but this will always be discussed.
The role is based at our WOEC setting and the successful candidate will be required to work with children aged between 2 and 4 years old.
