People with genuine passion and commitment to supporting children and young people Experience in residential childcare or social care (preferred but not essential for all roles) A positive, resilient, and compassionate approach Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins where required
(Applicants for senior roles should hold or be working towards relevant Level 3/5 qualifications in Health & Social Care or Residential Childcare.)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 35,000.00-42,203.78 per year
Work Location: In person
