We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Deputy Dispensary Manager to join our dynamic and progressive pharmacy team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated pharmacy technician who's ready to support the management and continuous improvement of our dispensary service.



You'll work closely with the Dispensary Manager, acting as their deputy, to lead a skilled team of pharmacy staff. Together, you'll ensure our dispensary runs safely, efficiently, and continues to meet the evolving needs of our patients.

Support the day-to-day running of the dispensary, maintaining a safe, effective and patient-focused service.

Lead and inspire a team of pharmacy assistants and technicians.

Deputise for the Dispensary Manager in their absence.

Champion quality, innovation, and continuous improvement within the dispensary.

Support the implementation of new technologies and smarter ways of working.

Contribute to the education and development of staff, creating an environment where everyone can thrive in an inclusive environment.
