The successful applicant will be employed by Vigilant Security based at our Head Office in Dumfries on a full time contract.

Preferred Skills:

An ambitious candidate with a good knowledge of finance ready to take the step into a management role Excellent written, communication skills An understanding of Microsoft Package, financial software package & payroll Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail

Duties and Responsibilities:

Processing corporate credit card claims & reconciliation. Overall control of purchase ledger Nominal reconciliation Monthly payroll processing & associated tasks Spreadsheet maintenance General understanding of all tasks within the department to assist the team Deputise in the managers' absence
