30,000 - 34,000 per annum + Quarterly Performance Bonus + Gratuities
Role Overview
As Deputy General Manager, you'll support the General Manager in the smooth running of the site and take full responsibility when they're away. You'll:
Lead and inspire your team, creating a positive and high-performing culture
Ensure top-tier service, quality, and cleanliness standards
Drive sales and manage profit margins
Maintain compliance with all company policies and legal requirements
Coach, mentor, and develop your team - helping them grow their careers
What You'll Need
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role (restaurant, pub, or hotel)
Confident leadership and communication skills
Strong computer literacy and understanding of business performance
