The Role





An exciting opportunity has arisen for a

Deputy Head Nurse

to join a dynamic and supportive team in

Doncaster

. Working closely with the Head Nurse, you'll play a key role in driving the

efficiency, effectiveness, governance, and continuous improvement

of the clinical activities within the practice.



You'll work an average of

39.25 hours per week

, including

1 in 4 weekends

, within a friendly and dedicated team committed to delivering

exceptional clinical care and outstanding client service

.

Who We're Looking For




Qualified and registered

Veterinary Nurse (RVN)

Experience in a leadership or senior nursing role desirable but not essential Strong communication, organisation, and mentoring skills Enthusiastic, compassionate, and driven to deliver outstanding care Someone who thrives in a collaborative, supportive setting
