Deputy Home Manager (children's Home)

Nottingham, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

About the company:

A Warm Welcome from Dan Our Director:

As someone who grew up in care, I understand more than most how powerful consistent, caring adult can be in a young person's life. That's why I built Bright Futures Accommodation not as a corporate care provider, but as a place that feels like home. A place where young people are nurtured, respected, and believed in. But I also know this great care isn't possible without great managers.

Our managers are the heart and soul of everything we do. I've worked in frontline care, looking after young people in care with complex and challenging needs. I know the demands and huge responsibility that comes with this role. And that's why I've made it my mission to ensure my managers feel truly seen, supported, and appreciated. At Bright Futures, you're not just another employee you're part of the family.

You'll be backed by strong Home Manager, given space to grow, and encouraged to bring your whole self to work. We'll invest in you, listen to you, and celebrate you.

Working as a Deputy Manager, you must be willing to go above and beyond for the young people, ensuring that they have an experience of childhood that they can reflect upon and carry with them into adulthood.
