Deputy Home Manager - Children and Young people



Location: Scenic village of Minsterley, Shropshire



Ofsted rated GOOD



Salary: 29,608 - 30,825 PLUS additional 3k - 6k per annum for Sleep ins Earning potential between 32,608 to 36,825 (includes basic salary plus additional sleep in payments)



2 on 4 off shift pattern



Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle are essential in this role.

As a

Deputy Manag

er

, you will be joining our

FAMILY home

to our young people, enabling them to build confidence, to grow and develop into positive young adults. The home is set in a

scenic location

with views over the Shropshire Hills and recently redecorated.

You will be an integral part of our

Requirements

2 years' experience working within a Residential Children's home either as a Senior or at Deputy level. NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures. Experience with budgets and rotas A full UK driving licence
