41.25 per week (3 long days + 1 supernumerary day)
The ideal candidate will support the Home Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and staff management. Strong leadership and excellent communication skills are essential.
Key Duties
Support the Manager in the day-to-day running of the home.
Supervise, mentor, and develop staff to maintain high standards of care.
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, health & safety, and company policies.
Manage clinical care, medication administration, and care planning.
Respond effectively to incidents, safeguarding concerns, and emergencies.
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
Assist in audits, staff training, and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
NMC registration as a qualified Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD).
Previous experience in a leadership or senior nursing role.
Strong knowledge of clinical governance, safeguarding, and CQC standards.
Excellent organisational, communication, and people management skills.
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends if required.
