Job Overview

We are seeking a very awesome, hardworking, fun, dedicated, hands on Deputy Manager to assist the General Manager & support our incredible team, with the day to day running of a fast paced, fun, unique & independent Automotive themed pub with rooms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in varied hospitality environments.
As the Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role ensuring high standards are maintained for all our guests and the team are well supported in their daily tasks and further training.

Duties

Wet Stock / FOH Ordering Stock & Cellar Management FOH & Housekeeping Staffing, hiring, training & rotas Event Management Day to day bar & restaurant duties Out of hours & on call duties Fire Marshalling / Risk Assessments
Ideal hours: Wednesday to Sunday - between 9am-9pm. No early mornings or late night shifts, but some flexibility needed to cover holidays and sickness.

45-48 hours per week - With the potential to have regular weekends off in a rota share with the GM.
