We are currently seeking an experienced

Deputy Manager

to join our dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for a forward-thinking, dynamic Registered Nurse with strong leadership skills to take the next step in their career.

The Role:

As Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of clinical and operational excellence are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Work 42 hours per week, including 2 shifts per week on the floor. Participate in on-call duties, weekend working, and occasional night checks. Lead, supervise, and support the nursing and care team. Assess, monitor, and evaluate residents' care needs. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, policies, and procedures. Drive positive change and maintain the highest standards of care.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (NMC PIN - required). Minimum of 2 years' nursing experience. Strong clinical leadership skills. Confident in IT systems (digital care planning in place). Forward-thinking, dynamic, and motivated to make a positive difference. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
