We are looking for an experienced and dedicated
Nurse Deputy Manager
to support the leadership and day-to-day operations of our care home. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated nurse leader to progress their career in a supportive environment.Requirements
RGN with valid NMC registration
Minimum 4 years of nursing home experience
(Set-up experience will not be accepted) Strong leadership and management skills Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance Ability to mentor, develop, and lead staff while ensuring high standards of resident careWhat We Offer
