Summary
We are seeking a Deputy Manager to join our team at Williams & Spenceley Ltd. This role is pivotal in supporting the overall management of our care home, ensuring that we deliver exceptional care and maintain high standards of service for our residents.
Responsibilities
Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations of the care home.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in care delivery.
Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
Develop and implement individual care plans tailored to residents' needs.
Monitor medication administration and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Foster a positive environment that promotes resident dignity and independence.
Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and adjust care plans accordingly.
Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a care home or similar setting.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
In-depth knowledge of dementia care practices and assisted living regulations.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to develop comprehensive care plans based on individual assessments.
