Deputy Manager (Children's Home)

The Service Users:

The Deputy Manager will be supporting up to 4 children or young adults with Autistic Spectrum Condition, learning disabilities, and/or complex health needs.

Working Week and Pay:

Hours:

Full-time, 37 hours per week on a rolling rota shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.

Sleeps:

Occasional sleep-in shifts are required, with additional payment provided.

What you will need/Non-Negotiables:

Qualifications:

Relevant qualifications in social care or related field.

Experience:

Previous experience in a similar role within the social care sector.

Driving Licence:

Preferred but not essential.

Language:

Fluent in English; ability to understand different UK dialects.

Min Age:

As per legal requirements.
