Summary

As a Deputy Manager at Creative Hospitality Group, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our vibrant venues. This position is based in South Wales and is essential for maintaining our high standards of service while fostering a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations of the venue. Supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company standards. Support food preparation and production processes to maintain quality. Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Train and mentor new team members to enhance their skills and performance. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Assist in planning and executing events to promote brand engagement.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of food preparation and restaurant operations. Excellent team management skills with a focus on staff development. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Culinary skills or experience is desirable but not mandatory.
