Are you an experienced Deputy manager ready to take the next step?

An excellent opportunity to join a Good-OFSTED rated, 3-bed EBD children's home in Bradford as our Deputy Manager -- with real development opportunities to grow into the Registered Manager role. Two young children in the home - settled and progressing.

What You'll Do:

Support the Registered Manager in day-to-day operations Lead and develop a dedicated care team Ensure high standards of care and compliance Contribute to care plans, safeguarding, and team supervision Step up in the absence of the Manager

What We're Looking For:

Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)

2+ years' experience in a children's residential setting

Supervisory experience & readiness to step up

Strong understanding of OFSTED, EBD and safeguarding procedures and regs

Full UK driving licence Interested?
