About Helping Care LTD
At Helping Care, we do more than provide residential childcare -- we offer a home, a family, and a future. Based in the North West, we are proud to deliver safe, secure, and nurturing environments to children with some of the most complex care needs. Our mission? To help every child feel seen, heard, and supported - and to give them the best chance at a brighter tomorrow.

Oversee day-to-day operations and deputise for the Registered Manager
Monitor care plans and ensure they meet every child's unique needs

Level 3/4 Diploma in Children & Young People's Workforce
Strong leadership skills and confidence in team management
Experience supporting complex needs and challenging behaviours
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What You'll Get
Competitive salary based on experience
65 sleep-in rate (if required)
Flexible, off-shift working model

Funded
Level 5 Leadership & Management
qualification after probation
Continuous training and professional development
A warm, supportive team and meaningful work every single day
Why Join Us?
Because we care -- about our children and about you. At Helping Care, you'll never be "just a number." You'll be part of a team that works together like family, united by a shared mission to make a lasting difference in young lives.
