We provide a specialist therapeutic home environment for children who have experienced profound developmental trauma.
The role of the Deputy Manager is to support and work alongside the Registered Manager to implement our therapeutic ethos and culture, ensuring the home functions within Ofsted's regulatory framework. The Deputy Manager will assist the Registered Manager in the day-to-day operation of the home, the development of our therapeutic model and the implementation of our statement of purpose.
The Deputy Manager will deputise in the absence of the Registered Manager.
You need to have a full UK driver's licence.
