Excellent opportunity for a qualified and experienced Senior or Deputy Manager to join our children's home in Blackpool.
As Deputy Manager, you will:
Work closely with the
Registered Manager
to develop your skills and leadership abilities. Be part ofour future leaders programme
, gaining Level 5 qualifications and confidence to step up when needed. Play a key role in ensuring our team thrives -- because when our staff flourish, so do the children in our care.Requirements
NVQ Level 3
(Children's Residential Workforce) or aboveExperience
in children's residential care.Full UK driving licence
. Ability towork flexibly
