28,000 - 30,000 per annum + additional sleep-in pay per shift

About the Role



Excellent opportunity for a qualified and experienced Senior or Deputy Manager to join our children's home in Blackpool.

As Deputy Manager, you will:

Work closely with the

Registered Manager

to develop your skills and leadership abilities. Be part of

our future leaders programme

, gaining Level 5 qualifications and confidence to step up when needed. Play a key role in ensuring our team thrives -- because when our staff flourish, so do the children in our care.

Requirements



NVQ Level 3

(Children's Residential Workforce) or above

Experience

in children's residential care.

Full UK driving licence

. Ability to

work flexibly

, including shifts and sleep-ins.
