Residential Care Team Leader - Children's Services
Annual Salary: 35,000 - 37,000
Hours: Standard 9am-5pm, with flexibility to meet the needs of the service
On-Call: 1 weekday per week + 1 weekend (Friday to Sunday) every 4 weeks

Your Role at a Glance
We're looking for a confident and compassionate team leader to guide our residential care team. You'll play a key role in creating a nurturing, structured atmosphere while also contributing to the ongoing development and quality of the service.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Offer daily leadership, mentoring, and guidance to staff
Support a structured, supportive, and emotionally safe environment
Play an active part in safeguarding practices and care planning
Help lead risk assessments, audits, and inspections
Participate in the on-call rota to ensure 24/7 leadership cover
What We're Looking For:
Experience working in children's residential care or a similar setting
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (required)
Confident leadership with a caring and proactive style
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Full UK driving licence (essential due to location - company vehicle provided)
