We offer tailored, high-quality short breaks for children and young people, while giving families the vital respite they need. Our team is dedicated, energetic, and full of heart -- and we're looking for a Deputy Manager to help us lead the way forward.

Your responsibilities as Deputy Manager will include:



Running the home on a day-to-day basis, in line with our values, culture, policies and legislation Ensuring compliance with Ofsted and other regulatory bodies Demonstrating the highest levels of motivation and integrity, with a professional and open approach Taking responsibility for delivering a quality service designed to meet the individual needs and preferences of each child and young person Supporting and leading our team and ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills, through training, coaching and development

What skills do I need as a Deputy Manager at Jubilee House?



Minimum of Level 5 qualification or be working towards it Knowledge and experience from other roles that will enhance the service and Jubilee House's reputation The ability to work in a flexible and creative way Be a positive and professional role model at all times Be able to inspire others through leading by example Fantastic communication skills Experience of working with both internal and external stakeholders The ability to demonstrate experience working in a management position within a care environment Proven track record of collaborative working at all levels
