About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Deputy Manager

to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified nurse (RGN/RMN) with leadership experience to step into a rewarding role supporting the day-to-day management of our nursing home, specialising in care for adults with neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Home Manager in the smooth running of the service. Provide leadership and guidance to nursing and care staff. Ensure the highest standards of clinical and personal care are delivered. Maintain compliance with CQC standards and all regulatory requirements. Develop and support the staff team through supervision, training, and performance management. Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.

Requirements:

NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN). Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or Team Leader in a nursing home setting. Experience in neurological care is highly desirable. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Commitment to delivering person-centered, high-quality care.
