Nurse Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead

Salary:

40,000 - 60,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Hours:

Full Time - 40 hours per week

Shift Pattern:

Day shifts only (12-hour shifts, Monday to Friday with weekend availability)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Nurse Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead

to join our team and support the Home Manager in delivering high-quality clinical care. This is a key leadership role, ideal for a nurse with strong management experience and a passion for driving standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing and care teams Support the Home Manager in day-to-day operations and decision-making Ensure compliance with CQC standards and all relevant legislation Mentor, develop, and supervise staff to maintain best practices in care delivery Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders

Requirements:

RGN or RMN with valid NMC registration Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills Proven ability to manage and motivate clinical teams Sound knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
