Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Early Years professional looking to take the next step in your career? If you have a passion for delivering outstanding childcare and education in a supportive and engaging environment, we want to hear from you!
Do you have a bright, cheerful smile that helps every child feel cherished and valued? Are you open to exploring enchanted forests and ready for an imaginative lunch with the Gruffalo? Do you have the magic touch to nurture relationships with our little ones? Can you sprinkle that magic to create a wondrous world of play and adventure?
Every day is unique in our setting; one day you could be on a bear hunt in the garden, driving a cardboard train to meet Thomas, or even setting up your own festival!
You will also need to master the art of pretending to enjoy playdoh delights--this is an amusing skill that develops over time!
Enthusiasm for singing, whether you are in tune or a little off-key is essential, as well as dancing and twirling on happy feet!
A passion for fun along with a vivid imagination for creating unique adventures, is a bonus.
Your Role Will Include:
Overseeing the day-to-day running of the setting in the absence of the Manager
Supporting quality delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
Leading and inspiring a team of passionate Early Years Practitioners
Working in partnership with families, external agencies and the wider community

Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and child development
An enthusiastic and imaginative leader with great communication skills
Someone who is hands-on, proactive and ready to go the extra mile
A role model with high expectations and a nurturing approach
