Deputy Manager

to help steer our nursery to greatness!

This is not your average desk job. As our Deputy Manager, you'll:

? Lead and inspire a passionate team of early years professionals
? Be a superhero sidekick to the Nursery Manager - and step up when they're away
? Help shape a safe, nurturing, and Ofsted-outstanding environment
? Work closely with parents, professionals, and our fabulous children
? Keep the nursery buzzing at full occupancy with happy little learners

? Flexible to work 35 hours per week across our opening times or Monday to Friday between 7.30 and 17.30.
? Be a champion of best practice, big ideas, and bright futures

Think you've got what it takes? You'll need:

? Proven leadership experience in early years
? Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding, and nursery operations
? Excellent communication skills and a can-do, let's-make-it-happen attitude
