28,000 - 31,000 base salary + 62.64 per sleep-in (Potential earnings up to 38,516)
Working Hours:
Full-time, including weekends - approx. 2 on / 4 off - working shifts and 9 to 5. Our deputies currently do 70% shifts and 30% admin work.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Providing high-quality care and daily supervision for young people
Taking charge of the home in the absence of the Registered Manager
Supporting and supervising staff, including recruitment and training involvement
Ensuring accurate records, logs, and reports are maintained
Promoting and ensuring adherence to
Health & Safety and safeguarding policies
Attending and contributing to meetings, supervision, and appraisals
Flexibility to work across other homes when required

? Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children's Home will not be considered.
