What We Offer:

Permanent Full-Time Contract

: Enjoy job security with a 32.5-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, during term time.

Your Responsibilities:

Be a positive role model, encouraging children's growth through praise and support. Deliver engaging learning programs tailored to individual needs. Observe, record, and communicate children's progress to parents/carers. Foster strong relationships with parents and ensure they feel welcomed. Create a stimulating environment that sparks children's curiosity. Monitor children's health and well-being, participating as a key worker where needed. Maintain confidentiality and oversee the upkeep of equipment and resources.

Who We're Looking For:

You hold a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare and have prior nursery experience. You are confident, driven, and most importantly, passionate about childcare. You're committed to creating a positive and inclusive environment for all children.
