Capernaum Life is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to lead our new supported living home for post 18s. This is a unique opportunity to run a new three-bed home in Warrington, with the support of a leadership team who's worked in the sector for several years and truly understands it.

Your Key Responsibilities



Recruit, lead, and develop a young-person-centred care team Ensuring that each person we support has documentation that is personal to them, that care/goal plans are reviewed monthly and good, accurate notes are made, allowing the reader to see the changes or progress made. Acting as a role model to staff at all times. Leading and managing an empowered, engaged, motivated and highly effective support team encouraging them to make a difference to the people we support and their lives, whilst providing the highest quality care. Reviewing budgets, staff rotas and complaints. Maintain high safeguarding standards and ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications and Experience:



Recent experience working as a Supported Living Deputy Manager. A minimum of 4 years' experience in supported living or children's residential care, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role Willing to undertake a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) Strong understanding of Ofsted, safeguarding, and best practice A Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (essential).
