Deputy Manager
who excels in leadership and compassion to support our growing care team in Gloucester.

Your Key Responsibilities:
In this vital role, you'll support the Registered Manager by taking the lead on:
Recruiting, onboarding and retaining high-quality care staff
Supporting the Registered Manager in Housing management
Supporting the team through supervisions, spot checks, and training
Maintaining high standards of person-centred care and compliance with CQC standards
What We're Looking For:
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (and willing to work towards Level 5)
Proven experience in a care setting, ideally with some leadership or rota coordination duties
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Confidence using scheduling systems and recruitment platforms
A hands-on, team-focused attitude with a genuine passion for care
