Are you an ambitious Registered General Nurse (RGN) with proven leadership experience? We are a respected nursing home in Great Yarmouth seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager (RGN) to play a pivotal role in our management team and ensure the delivery of outstanding elderly care.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior Staff Nurse, Clinical Lead, or current Deputy Manager to step up and make a significant impact, supporting the Home Manager in all aspects of running a successful care home.

Key Responsibilities:
Deputise for the Home Manager in their absence, providing full operational and clinicalleadership for the home.
Provide strong clinical leadership and supervision to staff nurses and care teams, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred elderly care*.
Ensure the home operates in full compliance with CQCregulations and all company policies, maintaining a state of constant inspection readiness.
Oversee and manage medication rounds, complex care plans, and all clinical interventions, leading by example as a Registered Nurse*.
Utilise and manage electronic care planseffectively, ensuring they are accurately maintained and reviewed.
Mentor, train, and support the clinical team, promoting best practices and continuous improvement in care delivery.
Assist the Home Managerwith staff recruitment, rostering, performance management, and maintaining high staff morale.
What We Are Looking For (Essential Requirements):
A valid NMC PIN as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)*.
A minimum of 3 years experience in a Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead role within a UK nursing home or care home*.
Extensive nursing home experience with an in-depth understanding of CQCcompetencies and key lines of enquiry (KLOEs).
Proven experience in conducting and overseeing medication roundsand managing complex clinical care.
Confident user of electronic care plansand digital care management systems.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, hands-on leader dedicated to providing the highest quality of care and driving performance.
