Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate

Deputy Manager

to support the Registered Manager in delivering excellent standards of care and leading our dedicated team.

Key responsibilities:

Assist in the day-to-day running of the home Support, lead and motivate care staff Ensure high standards of care, safety and compliance Conduct audits and quality checks in line with CQC standards Manage rotas, medication, and documentation Build strong relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals

About You

NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (minimum) - Level 5 preferred Previous experience in a senior care role (Team Leader, Senior Carer, etc.) Good knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding Excellent leadership and communication skills Kind, professional and organised with a passion for elderly care
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 30,000.00 per year
