Salary: 50,000 per year
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated
Nurse Deputy Manager
to join our care home team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled nurse leader to make a real difference in the lives of our residents while supporting and motivating a dedicated staff team.Key Responsibilities:
Support the Home Manager with the daily running of the care home. Provide strong clinical leadership and guidance to nursing and care staff. Engage with service users to fully understand their needs and deliver person-centred care. Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Oversee care planning, medication management, and safeguarding procedures. Mentor and develop staff to maintain a high standard of service.
Requirements:
NMC Registered Nurse with relevant post-registration experience. Previous experience as a
Deputy Home Manager
in a care home setting. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Passion for delivering outstanding care and building positive relationships with residents and families.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
