Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (occasional shifts if required)

YPs aged 10-18 with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), Learning Disabilities (LD)

Qualifications Required:

NVQ/Diploma Level 3 or 4 in Children & Young People (essential); Level 5 Diploma or management qualification (desirable)

Experience in Years Required:

Minimum 3 years in Residential Childcare, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role

We are seeking a confident and experienced

Deputy Manager

to support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day leadership and operations of the home. The successful candidate will take the lead on operational areas and deputise in the manager's absence. A strong understanding of the needs of young people with EBD and LD is essential, alongside a firm commitment to providing consistent, therapeutic care.
