We're looking for an experienced and confident Deputy Manager to join a passionate, supportive team in a 4-bed residential children's home for young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). We're a team that values openness, consistency and teamwork. If you're passionate about making a difference, ready to lead by example, and want to work somewhere that will support your development, this could be a great next step.

Build positive relationships with young people, using a therapeutic approach
Attend and contribute to reviews, planning meetings and multi-agency forums
