About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Nurse Deputy Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality care, leading the clinical team, and ensuring best practices across the home. You will have the opportunity to work both in a managerial capacity and directly on the floor to support staff and residents.
