- Oversee day-to-day management of supported accommodation service
- Provide support, training, and supervision to Project Workers
- Develop and monitor key outcomes
- Work with local partners, residents, and stakeholders
- Contribute to delivery of Council's Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategies
Main Duties:
- Manage staff rotas and provide advice on casework
- Model good practice in move-on planning and trauma-informed practice
- Evaluate staff performance and provide regular supervision
- Keep accurate records and statistics
- Engage partners in facilitating move-on and specialist interventions
Requirements
:
- Experience working with vulnerable homeless people
- Day-to-day management/supervision of staff
- Ability to assess and manage risk
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Knowledge of health and safety, fire safety, and safeguarding policies
