!What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting the Nursery Manager with the
day-to-day operations
of the setting Ensuring all children receivestimulating, age-appropriate experiences
Developingpositive, open relationships
with staff, parents, and carers Supervising, training, and appraising staff to ensurehigh-quality practice
Assisting in identifying training needs and supportingstaff development
Helping toachieve occupancy targets
Handlingconcerns and complaints
professionally and promptly, reporting as neededAbout:
