What You'll Do (besides becoming a hero in tiny eyes):

Lead your room like a rockstar, ensuring

quality

, safety, and superb learning every day. Support and inspire your team (with actual human words andstickers if necessary). Deputise for the Nursery Manager--cape optional,

leadership essential

. Be the glue that holds our daily routines, staff rotas, and snack times together. Coach, guide, appraise, and uplift--because tiny humans aren't the only ones who grow here.
What You Bring:

A

Level 3 or higher

childcare qualification--and a sparkle in your step. At least

2 years' post-qualification experience

in an early years setting. A love of all things

EYFS

, safeguarding, health & safety--and maybe a tambourine? Commitment to

excellence and high standards

in everything you do. A passion for nurturing children, empowering staff, and building strong partnerships with parents. Bonus points if you've tackled SEND, budgets, or payroll!
