We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Manager to oversee and manage cleaning services across designated client sites.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring operational oversight, people management, and a strong focus on service quality, safety, and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to fostering a high-performing, motivated team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support cleaning operatives to meet high service standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance with site specifications.
- Manage cleaning assets, equipment, and stock control across multiple locations.
- Motivate and develop the team to promote a positive and efficient working environment.
- Provide weekly reports on attendance, absences, and overtime.
- Uphold health, safety, and welfare responsibilities as per ISS policy.
- Plan and deliver induction training for new team members.
- Conduct regular training reviews and maintain up-to-date development plans.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Proven experience managing and developing teams, preferably in a facilities or cleaning services environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of health and safety procedures.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in reporting, compliance, and basic financial administration.
