DEPUTY MANAGER



An unique and exciting opportunity has arisen to join our small friendly team at Westwood Lodge Care Home- is a family run independent care home supporting 44 residents. We are looking for a new clinical lead nurse to join our successful team and help implement change and drive forward new ideas at this exciting new time

Responsibilities:



- To work with the management team to drive change

- To deliver and promote the positive benefits of equality and diversity in the way that you carry out your duties and responsibilities

- To instill, promote and maintain a health and safety environment for Employee and residents e.

- Be flexible and highly motivated

- Be keen to implement service developments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 42 per week
