We are seeking an experienced and dedicated

Nurse Deputy Manager

to join our team and support the effective running of our nursing home. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding care and supporting both residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Home Manager with the day-to-day operations of the nursing home. Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in line with regulatory standards. Lead, mentor, and develop nursing and care teams. Engage with service users and their families to understand and meet their care needs. Support with audits, compliance, and maintaining CQC standards. Deputise in the absence of the Home Manager.
Requirements

Active NMC pin

with no restrictions (essential). Current experience as a

Deputy Home Manager

in a nursing home setting. Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage with residents and families to provide excellent levels of care. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in nursing care.
