Previous experience as aDeputy Home Manager
Proven ability to engage with service users and understand their care needs Strong knowledge of safeguarding and referral pathways Confident in leading care teams and supporting staff development Good working knowledge of clinical governance and care complianceKey Responsibilities:
Support the Home Manager with day-to-day operations Lead by example in delivering person-centred care Assist with audits, care planning, and staff supervision Act as a point of contact for families and external agencies Ensure high standards in clinical care and safeguarding
