As a Senior Nurse (RMN or RNLD) or existing Deputy Manager with a wealth of experience in Learning Disability & Autism, this is your chance to join our team at Tottle Brooke House in Strelley to build the team around you, help to shape the culture and positively impact how the service is run.
You will support the Registered Manager in leading the service, with responsibility for managing clinical and non-clinical teams and being the Clinical Lead for Quality and Compliance.
As a Deputy Manager, you will have previous experience of project management as you will manage Clinical and Operational functions of the hospital. You will also deputise for the Registered Manager, where you will attend internal and external meetings with key stake holders.
As Deputy Manager you'll play a key role in ensuring the success of the service. Reporting to the Registered Manager, you will support the development and provision of a high quality and bespoke pathway of care for the service users.
