We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced

Nurse Deputy Manager

to join our team at a well-established care home located in MK46. This is a fantastic opportunity for a clinically strong and motivated nurse leader looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Home Manager in all aspects of care home management Lead and manage clinical and care teams to ensure high-quality care delivery Promote best practice in nursing care and clinical governance Ensure compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding, and company policies Mentor, develop, and supervise staff members Handle clinical incidents effectively and ensure proper documentation

Requirements:

NMC Registered Nurse - Adult, Mental Health, or Learning Disabilities Proven experience as a Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead within a care home Strong leadership and team management skills In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and clinical governance Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
