Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Home Manager in overseeing the daily running of the care home
Lead and inspire the clinical and care teams to deliver person-centred care
Ensure compliance with
CQC standards
and best practice governance
Provide clinical leadership, support, and supervision to nursing and care staff
Contribute to audits, risk assessments, and continuous service improvement
Develop care plans tailored to residents' individual needs
Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
Requirements:
NMC Registered Nurse
(Adult, Mental Health, or Learning Disabilities)
Previous experience as a
Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager in a care home
Strong leadership and management skills within clinical and care settings
In-depth knowledge of
CQC standards and governance
Excellent organisational and communication abilities
Compassionate, professional, and dedicated to high standards of care
